Cosmopolitan Planner offers great rates on all our services. The rates for our services are billed by the hour.

The planning and coordinating of your move, including your move-in day is billed by the hour.

Any additional Planning and coordinating for your @ Home Services, including planning, overseeing all projects, ensuring tradesmen are on time and projects completed are billed by the hour at an additional cost, in addition to the hourly rate of the project being completed by the tradesmen.

*Full turn-key service is available.

*Full “Turn-key Service” is defined as delivering a location that is ready for occupation. The turn-key process includes all of the steps involved for immediate use, including the move-in process, space planning, additional construction coordination and complete installation.

Once we have discussed and agreed upon your moving and @home requirements, we will need a contract signed between you, the owner of the house and Cosmopolitan Planner and a deposit of 50% of the total project prior to proceeding. The remainder of the payment is required the day of the move or last day of the completion of the project.
